Service terms
These terms govern use of the Wynn Brokerage document-preparation portal. Submitting an intake requests review; it does not guarantee acceptance, a filing result, or completion by a particular date.
Client instructions
Documents are prepared from client-provided selections and information. The client must provide accurate information, review the completed document, approve all names and details, and follow current signing, witness, notarization, and filing instructions.
Separate fees and third parties
Government, court, county, recording, publication, postage, certified-copy, registered-agent, and other third-party charges are separate unless a written order states otherwise. Filing support is available only where the receiving office permits it.
Changes and cancellations
Material changes after preparation begins may require a revised quote. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on work already performed, nonrefundable third-party charges, and the written order confirmation.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content or attempt to access another person’s account or records.
Service-specific written terms or order confirmations control if they conflict with these general terms.
